Randy Ray

Founder - Chief Executive Officer

Randy Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has over forty-two years of experience in the computer industry designing, selling, and installing in excess of $300,000,000 worth of computer hardware and software.

Some prominent owners of these major systems include Red Lobster Inns of America, NASA (Space Shuttle Launch Processing System), DOT (National Wheel Rail Simulator System), Personal Blood Storage, and Intercommunity Cancer Centers of America (ICCA).

Randy received awards as Florida Businessman of the Year in both 2003 and 2004 and is listed in International Who’s Who.

Randy has been involved with multi-level marketing for eighteen years, including co-owning MarketQ, Inc. with Wendy Lewis. He has provided service and support to the industry with back office software, commission processing, and full customer service.

Randy and Wendy have continuously created a unique business opportunity for thousands of distributors in countries all over the world. He has worked directly with large companies, corporations, and industry experts, implementing the latest in innovative technologies to increase efficiency and improve productivity. As a direct result of their efforts, they have experienced rapid growth on a global scale.Working together in a mutually beneficial and collaborative partnership, Randy and Wendy continue to provide new and sustainable business opportunities to people worldwide.

WENDY LEWIS

Founder – Chief Operations Officer

ONE OF DIRECT SELLING’S MOST INFLUENTIAL WOMEN

Wendy Lewis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Sociology and Mathematics, and later earned an MED in Educational Psychology, Statistics, and Measurement from Temple University. In 1985, Wendy and Randy formed AMSC (Automated Medical Systems Consultants). Wendy served as the President as well as the Director of Customer Operations, and was responsible for all the training and support activities. AMSC was well-known in the medical community for providing the best customer service in the network of 450 medical manager dealers. Their company was the number one medical practice management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years until they sold the company in 1994.

Wendy and Randy started their multi-level marketing adventures eighteen years ago as distributors and then owners of MLM companies and support companies. Under their visionary leadership, these companies have flourished. With offices and distribution centers operating worldwide and a network of more than 500,000 distributors in 215 countries and territories, they have paid out over $122.5 million in commissions. Multi-lingual customer support, in-house shipping, on-staff professional software programmers, and a proprietary web-based Back Office system are only a few of the many examples of what they have accomplished.

Over the years, Wendy and Randy have been active donating financial assistance, fundraising, participating in hands-on volunteer work, and launching a global ecological campaign to benefit several charitable organisations. Most recently, they launched Jeunesse’s very own non-profit charity–Jeunesse Kids–which is dedicated to reaching out to children in need, both internationally and domestically.

Rob Dawson

Executive - Chief Legal Officer

Robert Dawson earned a baccalaureate degree in Accounting. He also earned a Juris Doctorate degree from University of Nebraska College of Law. His educational achievements along with his intimate knowledge of the MLM industry are ideal for helping Jeunesse grow into the network marketing powerhouse it is destined to become.

Robert ran a highly successful private practice for 14 years prior to joining the Jeunesse team. Together, he and his wife Kimberli stay busy raising their two daughters, Lauryn and Kate.

SCOTT A. LEWIS

Executive – Chief Visionary Officer

Scott A. Lewis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. Scott was exposed to multi-level marketing at a very young age; he attended his first industry event at ten. He also gained a great deal of experience working for a multi-level marketing support service company owned by Randy and Wendy. This early learning opportunity gave Scott the ability to recognize existing and emerging market trends as well as operational strengths and weaknesses in a variety of companies in the industry.

Before taking on his current role as Chief Visionary Officer and overseeing the strategic direction of the company, Scott worked as Vice President of Global Operations, implementing the global infrastructure for Jeunesse®. Scott believes in maintaining a relationship-oriented foundation with grounded ethical principles. He is consistently setting new standards while maintaining compassionate and professional relations with all distributors. Scott focuses on improving the efficiency of the international operations process and is an excellent facilitator in communications. He is confident that what sets Jeunesse® apart as a company is a deep-rooted concern for the well-being of its distributors.

Scott and his wife, Isabel, travel extensively and work closely with Jeunesse leaders from around the world; both are extremely passionate about seeing distributors thrive. Jeunesse is more than just business, it’s family. Scott’s vision is not only to maintain this standard, but to elevate it so that it permeates every facet of the Jeunesse identity and culture.

RYAN OGDEN

Executive – Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Ogden earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University. After graduation, he served for several years with one of the ‘Big Four’ international accounting firms and accepted a position in Japan as the Director of International Finance with a multi-level marketing company. Later, he returned to the U.S. to continue working in the same industry.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience to Jeunesse and loves the personal touch that the network marketing environment offers. He and his wife Rochele enjoy raising their four sons together. When he finds the time, Ryan also enjoys participating in several sports, including basketball, tennis, and water skiing.

MARK PATTERSON

Executive – Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Patterson is considered a branding specialist for his award-winning marketing campaigns from around the globe. After attending the University of Utah and working 15+ years in the Direct Selling Industry, Mark has held leadership positions for many principal international companies. Classically trained in Brand Management through traditional schooling and hands-on experience, Mark’s expertise incorporates an extensive palette of all facets of marketing strategy and brand-building including: creative services, advertising, public relations, social media, search engine optimization, research, and new product development for global brands. His talents develop more than just the brand, they create and define company culture.

Dennis is a distinguished senior executive with over 36 years of experience and an impressive track record in the industry, including co-founding a successful direct selling company in 2011. As a high-energy and inspirational leader, he has excelled at fostering rapid growth in sales organizations. In addition to his role as a senior executive in the industry, Dennis is also credited as a bestselling author, trusted consultant, and highly sought-after international speaker and trainer.

Dennis is an outstanding addition to the Jeunesse family and the executive team. He brings an incredible array of talent, experience and integrity that aligns perfectly with our mission and values. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He earned his CPA and worked several years at one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms. Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Rutgers University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

He is also the Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey. While he currently serves as a medical spokesman and advisor for Jeunesse, he has worked as a consultant for NASA in prior years.

Dr. Giampapa received his M.D. degree from Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York, New York. Additionally, he has completed medical training in plastic surgery and a year-long fellowship in microsurgery and hand at New York University Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a former Research Fellow for other prestigious institutions including Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, New York.

WILLIAM AMZALLAG, M.D.


Dr. William Amzallag received his degree in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care as well as a degree in Chinese Medicine from the University of Montpellier in France.

He has decades of experience in the medical industry in addition to a 14 year background in the field of network marketing. He previously operated a successful private practice in the south of France. Additionally, Dr. Amzallag has experience with recruiting, sales and marketing, manufacturing, formulation design, legal and product notifications, and customer service.

Dr. Amzallag brings many talents to the Jeunesse team. He serves as medical spokesman and advisor of the European Union. He has a vast scientific and business background in all areas of nutrition and skincare, including but not limited to research and development. He is also fluent in French, English, and Spanish.

DONNA ANTARR, M.D.


Dr. Antarr has always had a passionate interest in both science and helping people feel healthy and strong naturally. A graduate of the New York City High School of Performing Arts as a ballet major, she continued as a professional ballet dancer throughout college and medical school.

Dr. Antarr graduated from Hunter College in New York City summa cum laude with a BA in honors curriculum. She took all the required classes for the food science and registered dietitian program, but chose instead to apply to medical school. She turned down acceptance to Harvard and Johns Hopkins, the top two medical schools in the country, in favor of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (UCSD School of Medicine). UCSD School of Medicine is also one of the country’s top medical schools, and has the added benefits of a physically active culture and healthy, outdoors lifestyle.

After graduation and post-graduate training she began practice in San Diego. A then radical idea, she focused on a more preventative approach to health: Preventative and Rejuvenation Medicine. This included educating her patients in proper diet, physical activity, and the correct use of nutritional supplements. While in practice, she completed a Master of Exercise Physiology degree, became a Certified Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine, and was invited and joined the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. As Vice President of Product Training and Development for a nutrition company, she published original research on stem cell nutrition.
